We

join our training and consulting team. Our only request is that
you express your interest through our website.
Our
current U.S. consulting team travels throughout the United States
and often overseas to work with our multinational clients. While
we regularly assess our faculty needs based upon customer and client
needs, we are particularly interested in individuals with backgrounds
in clinical psychology, employment law, mediation, human resources,
training, and/or organizational psychology.
The
selection criteria applied to all potential team members includes
the following:

subject matter expertise in at least one of the following: conflict
resolution, mediation, management skills, harassment/discrimination
prevention, employment law, workplace violence, performance management,
interviewing skills, human resource consulting, policy development
- a
minimum of five years of practical industry/organization experience
professionalism and enthusiasm
- the
ability to link theory to practical applicationˇ curriculum design
skills
presentation skills and experience
- team
skills
- flexibility
and an entrepreneurial spirit
For
